Effective date: July 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Auron Labs (“Auron Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our autonomous security research platform, smart-contract and blockchain security services, software, applications, websites, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of service
The Service provides automated and human-assisted security analysis of source-code repositories using artificial intelligence, machine learning, security research, and related technologies. It is designed to identify potential vulnerabilities, coding errors, configuration risks, and other issues and may provide reports, severity assessments, and remediation recommendations. The Service does not guarantee that every vulnerability will be detected, that identified issues are exploitable, or that remediation guidance will be complete or suitable for every environment.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and be authorised to act for any organisation whose repositories or payment methods you use. Accounts may be created through email and password, Google, GitHub, or another supported authentication provider. You are responsible for accurate and current registration information, secure credentials, account activity, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. You may not share credentials or create multiple accounts to evade limits, enforcement, pricing, or security controls.
3. Acceptable use policy
You may use the Service only to analyse code, systems, and repositories that you own or are explicitly authorised to access. You may use results for legitimate security, compliance, research, and development purposes. You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware development, cyberattacks, credential theft, infringement, breach of confidentiality, evasion of sanctions or export controls, excessive automated requests, disruption of infrastructure, reverse engineering, extraction of proprietary models or algorithms, development of a competing service, or analysis of third-party code without permission. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or terminate access.
4. Code repository access and processing
When you connect a GitHub or other repository, you authorise Auron Labs to access, download, copy, store, transmit, and process its complete contents and metadata as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to grant this access and that processing will not violate law, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality duties, or other agreements. Repository Data and source code may be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Azure, and other providers engaged from time to time. You acknowledge the inherent risks of cloud and third-party processing. You retain ownership of your source code and grant Auron Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process it for operating and improving the Service, subject to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment terms and credit system
The Service may operate through prepaid credits, subscriptions, project fees, or separately agreed commercial terms. Credits may be consumed based on scans, repository size, compute usage, selected features, or other stated measures. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and you authorise charges to the payment method supplied. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable, unused credits are not redeemable for cash, promotional credits are non-transferable, and account termination does not create a refund right. Purchased credits may be transferred only where the Service expressly permits it. We may change pricing, credit costs, plan limits, or fee schedules for future purchases.
6. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate accounts or Service access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, activity is fraudulent or abusive, continued use creates security or legal risk, payment is overdue, an account is inactive, or continued provision is not commercially or operationally appropriate. Suspension may occur without advance notice where immediate action is necessary. On termination, access to repositories, reports, credits, and account data may end immediately. Unused fees or credits are not refundable except where required by law. We may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment, intellectual-property, confidentiality, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and other provisions that should survive will remain effective.
7. Intellectual property rights
The Service, including its software, models, algorithms, prompts, methodologies, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related technology, is owned by Auron Labs or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You retain ownership of your source code. Scan results, reports, analyses, and recommendations generated by the Service may contain Auron Labs proprietary methods or work product; subject to payment and applicable engagement terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use those outputs for your internal security, development, and compliance purposes. Feedback and suggestions may be used, modified, and incorporated into the Service without restriction or compensation.
8. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auron Labs disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. The Service may be interrupted, contain errors, produce false positives, omit actual vulnerabilities, or provide recommendations that are incomplete or unsuitable. It must not be relied on as the sole security control or substitute for professional judgment, testing, monitoring, or incident response. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auron Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, code, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid Auron Labs during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party AI, repository, infrastructure, authentication, or payment providers. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auron Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Service, Repository Data or other content you submit, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorised repository access, or violation of applicable law or contractual duties.
10. Compliance and legal requirements
You must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including cybersecurity, privacy, intellectual-property, sanctions, trade, and export-control requirements. You represent that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned territory and are not listed as a prohibited or restricted party by the United States or another applicable authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. General provisions
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. We may amend these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with our business, financing, reorganisation, or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
